Presidents of Kazakhstan and Russian Nursultan Nazarbayev and Dmitry Medvedev will discuss joint emergency situations response.

Presidents of Kazakhstan and Russian Nursultan Nazarbayev and Dmitry Medvedev will discuss joint emergency situations response, Russian News Service reports. The 8th Forum of Inter-regional Cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan will be held in Astrakhan on September 15. According to the source in Kremlin, prior to the plenary meeting the Presidents will discuss “integration problems, particularly, further steps on enhancement and development of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.” Besides, several bilateral documents are planned to be signed, including a protocol to Inter-Government Agreement on Cooperation in Prevention of Industrial Accidents, Catastrophes, Natural Disasters and Elimination of their Consequences dated March 28, 1994.
