Tengrinews.kz - Following the recent military parade in Astana, personnel and military equipment are returning to their places of deployment. In this regard, the Ministry of Defense has issued a statement to the citizens of Kazakhstan.
According to the ministry's press service, as of May 8, the planned redeployment of personnel and equipment that took part in the military parade marking the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory has begun in Astana.
The transfer is being carried out both by rail and under the equipment's own power. The process is expected to be completed by May 14.
"In connection with the movement of military vehicles, the Ministry of Defense urges citizens to refrain from spreading false information and to rely solely on official sources," the statement said.

On May 7, Kazakhstan celebrated Defender of the Fatherland Day. In honor of this holiday and to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, a large-scale military parade took place in Astana, featuring more than 4,000 service members, over 200 units of military equipment, and 66 aircraft and helicopters from the front line, army, and military transport aviation.
