Land worth half a billion returned to the state in eastern Kazakhstan

Tengrinews.kz – The Prosecutor's Office has secured the return of 42,000 hectares of unused land plots to state ownership in the Abai Region, according to the regional prosecutor's press service.

The supervisory authority reported that during an inspection, it was found that 104 plots had not been used for their intended purpose for a long time, which violates land legislation. The total cadastral value of these plots exceeds 516 million tenge.

As a result of the measures taken by the Prosecutor's Office, all the land plots were returned to the state.
