Tengrinews.kz – Kuandyk Bishimbayev filed a lawsuit. The reason for this was that the administration of the institution does not give him an incentive.

As reported by the press service of the Committee of the Criminal Executive System, according to the current legislation, incentives are not applied to convicts in the event of a violation of the procedure for serving a sentence.

"Considering that this convict has one violation, incentives were not applied to him. The convict's claim was not satisfied by the court," the press service noted.

Reminder: On May 13, the trial in the case of the murder of Saltanat Nukenova concluded in Astana. Former Minister of National Economy Kuandyk Bishimbayev was found guilty of torturing and murdering his wife and was sentenced to 24 years in prison.
