Tengrinews.kz - Kazakhstani citizens will be able to receive children's birth certificates via post terminals, according to the press service of the government.
It is reported that in 2025, the Ministry of Justice, in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry, plans to launch a pilot project for delivering birth certificates to citizens via post terminals at one of Kazakhstan's banks.
"This will allow citizens to receive birth certificates without visiting the Center for Public Services (CPC). In particular, the development of electronic apostille application for electronic documents issued by the civil registry offices (such as birth, death, marriage, and divorce certificates) is planned. This innovation will allow citizens to receive these documents and apply the apostille with a single application," the statement says.
It is planned that this service will be available in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Additionally, the Ministry of Justice plans to launch a pilot project in 2025 to simplify legal assistance. Through the "Unified Notarial Information System," documents confirming the indisputability of claims and recognition of debts will be added. Debtors will be able to submit objections through their personal account, and notaries will make enforcement notes only at the debtor's registration location.
