Kazakhstanis have started receiving notifications from tax authorities

Tengrinews.kz - The State Revenue Committee is conducting a phased launch of a new tax administration information system (TAIS), including a new TAIS Taxpayer's Cabinet (TAIS Taxpayer's Office). Since Monday, January 13, Kazakhstanis have started receiving documents generated by state revenue authorities, according to the State Revenue Committee website.

Tengrinews.kz - The State Revenue Committee is conducting a phased launch of a new tax administration information system (TAIS), including a new TAIS Taxpayer's Cabinet (TAIS Taxpayer's Office). Since Monday, January 13, Kazakhstanis have started receiving documents generated by state revenue authorities, according to the State Revenue Committee website.

In particular, citizens are sent documents such as:

notification of failure to submit tax returns within the time period established by tax legislation;
notification of payment of tax arrears;
notification of payment of debt on customs payments, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, penalties, interest;
notification of foreclosure on money in debtors' bank accounts;
notification of the amount of debt on mandatory pension contributions, mandatory employer pension contributions, mandatory professional pension contributions;
notification of the amount of debt on social contributions;
notification of the amount of debt on deductions and (or) contributions;
order of the state revenue authority to suspend expenditure transactions on the cash desk of the taxpayer (tax agent), payer;
order to resume expenditure transactions on the cash desk;
decision to restrict the disposal of property to cover the tax arrears of a taxpayer (tax agent), debt on customs payments, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, penalties, and interest of the payer;
decision to cancel a decision to restrict the disposal of property and an inventory act of property to cover the tax arrears of a taxpayer (tax agent), debt on customs payments, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, penalties, and interest of the payer;
order to suspend expenditure transactions at the cash desk of a payer of social contributions;
order to suspend expenditure transactions at the cash desk of an agent;
order to suspend expenditure transactions at the cash desk of a payer of deductions and (or) contributions;
notification of the elimination of violations of tax legislation;
notification of tax arrears of individuals;
notification of the accrued amount of payment for emissions into the environment based on information from the authorized state body in the field of environmental protection.

"Please note that the specified documents sent from January 13, 2025, will be available only in TAIS Taxpayer's Office via the link, without duplicating the sending of documents to the old Taxpayer's Office. Viewing new notifications is also possible via the link from the notification log page of the old Taxpayer's Office. At the same time, viewing previously received documents remains available in the notification log of the old KNP," the State Revenue Committee reported.
