Kazakhstan agreed with Germany to provide raw materials in exchange for economic support, Deutsche Welle reports. The agreement will be officially signed on May 24 at the Kazakh-German forum in Berlin. The German party will receive regular deliveries of Kazakhstan's raw materials under the agreement. As per German State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology Bernd Pfaffenbach, the agreement with Kazakhstan may be an example for other countries. “This scheme does not have to be limited to partnership only with developing countries,” the official said. German authorities are already considering the possibility of signing similar agreements with other countries."
