Kazakhstan ends moderate terror alert in four cities

Astana, Tengrinews.kz - The anti-terrorist operation regime has ended, and the moderate "yellow" level of terrorist threat has been lifted in Astana, Almaty, Karaganda, and Kokshetau.

The decision follows the conclusion of the SCO summit and the state visit of the President of the People's Republic of China.

Security forces are returning to their regular mode of operation.
