As reported by the Ministry of Transport, there are currently direct flights to 32 countries around the world.
Here’s the list of countries with direct flights from Kazakhstan:
Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, the United Kingdom, Vietnam, Germany, Georgia, Egypt, India, Iran, Italy, Qatar, China, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, the Czech Republic, Mongolia, the Netherlands, the UAE, Poland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Uzbekistan, South Korea, the Maldives, Bahrain, Montenegro, and Greece.
Kazakhstan offers over 132 international routes, with a total of 778 flights operated weekly by both Kazakh and foreign airlines.
It is noted that the Ministry of Transport "continuously conducts negotiating to expand cooperation with the aviation authorities of foreign countries."
Earlier, the launch of the international railway service from Ridder to Novosibirsk was announced.
