September

In 2025, those working on a standard schedule (5/2) will be able to enjoy a three-day weekend in honor of Constitution Day. The holiday, celebrated on August 30, falls on a Saturday, which means, according to the Law "On Holidays," the day off will be moved to Monday, September 1.

The days off will be as follows:

August 30, August 31, and September 1 – days off.

For those on a six-day workweek, Constitution Day in 2025 will also bring extra rest. Since the holiday falls on Saturday, August 30, it will be a day off. Thus, they will have two consecutive days off – August 30 and 31 – and will return to work on Monday, September 1.

Five-day workweek in September

For those working five days a week, September 2025 will have 9 days off: regular Saturdays and Sundays (8 days) plus the moved day off – Monday, September 1 (moved from August 30).

In October 2025, employees on a five-day schedule will have nine days off: all regular Saturdays and Sundays of the month, plus Monday, October 27, which is the transferred holiday from Republic Day.

Six-day workweek

For those on a six-day schedule, October 25 (Saturday) will be a public holiday, October 26 (Sunday) will be a regular day off, and October 27 (Monday) will remain a working day. This gives them two consecutive days off – October 25 and 26.
