Tengrinews.kz - Graffiti that had been painted on the carriages of Astana’s LRT by unknown individuals has been removed using special cleaning agents, citing City Transportation System (CTS).
According to CTS, this was made possible thanks to the protective coating of the carriages.
“The graffiti on the LRT carriages was removed with the help of special products. Preventing such incidents was considered at the design stage: the paintwork was done using durable protective materials. The surface was cleaned without any damage, and the original appearance of the rolling stock was preserved,” the company’s press service stated.
Earlier, unknown individuals had spray-painted graffiti on the LRT carriages in Astana — the case has been handed over to the police.
