Five new holidays have been introduced in Kazakhstan

Tengrinews.kz – New professional holidays have been introduced in Kazakhstan. The corresponding amendments were approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

Amendments were made to the Order of the Acting Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population "On the Approval of the List of Professional Holidays."

The updated list includes five new professional holidays:

• Day of Artisans of Kazakhstan – July 7;
• Day of Workers in the Sphere of Natural Monopolies – July 9;
• Day of Sanitary and Epidemiological Service Workers – September 15;
• Day of Public Catering Workers – October 20;
• Day of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan – October 29.

Also, according to the document, the date for celebrating Energy Workers' Day has been moved to December 22.
