Tengrinews.kz - A fire broke out on the night of July 8 in a nine-story residential building in Astana’s Almaty district, on Sh. Kudaiberdyuly Street.
The blaze started in a utility room on the second floor of the building.
Witnesses said residents rushed outside as smoke filled the area.
Emergency services have since extinguished the fire, and according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
