Tengrinews.kz - Firefighters in Astana are working to extinguish a fire at a shopping mall located on Turan Avenue in the Nura District, according to the official Telegram channel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES).
According to the ministry, the preliminary area of the fire is estimated at 100 square meters. Emergency crews are responding under an elevated alert level.

At 11:23 A.M., the MES reported that the fire had been localized.
"The fire broke out in a two-story extension of the main shopping mall building and its exterior cladding," the ministry stated.
Ten firefighting units and around 50 personnel are involved in the firefighting efforts.
According to the MES, there are no casualties.
Previously, a major blaze broke out at a warehouse in Almaty.
