"The fire has been completely extinguished by the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Doctors and psychologists from the Central Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are working at the scene," the department said in a statement.

Recall: On the morning of December 25, an Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane crashed in Aktau.
