Tengrinews.kz - An earthquake has been recorded in southern Kazakhstan.

According to data from the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre, the earthquake had a magnitude of 4.7 and occurred at 2:29 p.m. Astana time in the Zhambyl region. The epicenter was located 126 kilometers east of Taraz.
