In the mountainous areas of the Ile-Alatau, including Almaty’s Medeu and Bostandyk districts, rain and thunderstorms are expected, with heavy rain, hail and squally wind of up to 25 meters per second in some areas.
In Shymkent, rain, thunderstorms and squalls are expected at night and in the morning. Southwesterly wind will gust to 15–20 meters per second.
In Akmola Region, rain and thunderstorms are expected, with heavy rain, hail and squalls in some areas. Southeasterly wind shifting to southwesterly will gust to 15–20 meters per second, reaching 23–28 meters per second in some areas.
In Almaty Region, rain, occasional heavy rain, thunderstorms, hail and squalls are expected. Southwesterly wind will gust up to 25 meters per second.
In Atyrau Region, rain and thunderstorms are expected, with heavy rain, hail and squalls in some areas. Wind speeds will reach up to 28 meters per second. High and extreme fire hazards remain in some areas.
