Tengrinews.kz – Ukrainian children have arrived in Kazakhstan for rehabilitation.
This was reported by the Republican Educational and Health Center "Baldauren".
"On June 3, a group of children from Ukraine arrived in Kazakhstan for rest and rehabilitation. To help the young guests learn more about Kazakhstan, excursions to the Burabay State National Natural Park are planned. A sightseeing trip to Astana with visits to the capital’s landmarks will also be organized," the organization said in a press release.
It is noted that over the years, children from 15 countries have visited the center. In the last three years alone, more than 700 children from the CIS, China, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, and other countries have stayed at Baldauren.
As previously reported, Kazakhstan will open more than 10,000 school-based camps and 512 tent camps this summer. According to the government, 16 year-round camps will operate this year, along with the phased opening of 188 seasonal camps, more than 10,000 school-based camps with and without meals, and 512 tent and yurt camps.
