Astana citizen pepper sprays bus driver and flees scene

Tengrinews.kz - Man pepper sprayed a bus driver and fled the scene in Astana, Kazakhstan.

The incident occurred as the bus was approaching a stop. The Kia driver cut off the bus, exited his vehicle and pepper sprayed the bus driver before fleeing the scene.

The 37-year-old man was apprehended, and his vehicle was impounded. He has been sentenced to 10 days of detention by court order for committing hooliganism.

Recently, a teen pepper sprayed children in the eyes and fled.
