Tengrinews.kz - Kazakhstani drivers can now obtain a medical certificate (Form 073/y) through the eGov Mobile app. Previously, the document was only available via the eGov.kz portal.
According to "National Information Technologies" JSC, the 073/y medical certificate is required to confirm the absence of contraindications for driving. Previously, obtaining the document required an in-person medical examination by four specialists and a paper certificate. Later, it was integrated into the eGov.kz website.
Now, to get the certificate via eGov Mobile, users must log in, select the "Healthcare Service" category under the "Services" section, and find the "Issuance of a certificate of admission to driving a vehicle (Form 073/y)" service. The application can be signed using Face ID or Touch ID, after which the certificate will be available in the user’s personal account as a PDF file.
The document is valid for one year from the date of issuance and can be downloaded at any time through the personal account history in the app.
Previously, the electronic format of personal medical (sanitary) books was introduced in Kazakhstan. Citizens can access their medical examination results and sanitary book data through the E-Densaulyk service in the eGov mobile app.
