Tengrinews.kz - Kazakhstani citizens reported issues with the mobile operator Altel.
According to our readers, Altel's website and app were not functioning.
Users faced various problems. For instance, registering in certain applications, such as banking apps, required an SMS code, but receiving it was impossible.
Additionally, customers of the operator were unable to pay for public transport via SMS.
We reached out to the company's press service for comments.
"There were temporary disruptions in some services. At the moment, all services have been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding," the company stated.
