Tengrinews.kz – JSC "National Information Technologies" has announced scheduled maintenance aimed at ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the projects managed by the company.
The technical work is planned for July 19, 2025, between 02:00 a.m. and 08:00 a.m. According to the announcement, it will affect the availability of the entire digital ecosystem of the "National Information Technologies" projects (JSC "NIT").
During this period, access to the following government electronic services will be temporarily restricted:
- eGov.kz portal and the eGov mobile application (including the "Digital Documents" service);
- e-Otinish and E-license portals, as well as the Open Government systems;
- services of the National Certification Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NCA RK);
other projects supported by JSC "NIT"; - public service functions within second-tier bank mobile applications and other systems integrated through the e-government gateway.
To avoid possible inconveniences, JSC "NIT" recommends completing all necessary operations in advance and preparing original documents if their presentation is required during the maintenance period.
