Tengrinews.kz – Access to eGov portal and other government services will be restricted in Kazakhstan.
According to JSC "National Information Technologies" (NIT), scheduled technical maintenance will be carried out to ensure the stable operation of the entire digital ecosystem of supported projects.
"The technical work is scheduled from 11:00 PM on March 20, 2025, to 8:00 AM on March 21, 2025. This timeframe was chosen to coincide with minimal user activity in order to reduce potential inconvenience," the statement reads.
Temporary service restrictions will apply to the following electronic platforms:
- The eGov.kz portal and the eGov mobile app (including the "Digital Documents" service);
- The e-Otinish and E-license portals, as well as Open Government systems;
- Services of the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NCC RK);
- Other projects supported by JSC "NIT";
- Government service integrations in banking apps and other systems connected via the e-Government gateway.
"To prevent potential inconvenience, JSC 'NIT' recommends completing all necessary operations in advance and preparing original documents if their presentation is required during the maintenance period," the statement clarified.
