Tengrinews.kz - A foreign tourist required assistance from rescuers after climbing a mountain and being unable to descend in Borovoe.

Details of the rescue operation in the Burabay district were provided by the press service of the Akmola region's Department of Emergency Situations.

"A man born in 1994 climbed a thousand-meter mountain in the Akmola region. However, he needed help descending, which was provided by the emergency rescue team," the statement said.

It is explained that the Emergency Situations Department lowered the citizen of Uzbekistan with the help of rescue ropes.

The tourist did not need medical assistance.
