Man who robbed Kazakh citizen was detained in Moscow

Tengrinews.kz - A man accused of robbing a resident of Aktau has been detained in Moscow, according to Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

Tengrinews.kz - A man accused of robbing a resident of Aktau has been detained in Moscow, according to Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

In 2018, the suspect reportedly used violence to rob the Aktau resident.

"A 33-year-old man, who was on an international wanted list for robbery, has been detained in Moscow at the request of the National Central Bureau of MIA’s Interpol in Kazakhstan," police stated.

The suspect is currently in custody, and authorities are working on his extradition to Kazakhstan.
