Tengrinews.kz – Blogger Mellstroy has been declared wanted in Kazakhstan. Information about this appeared on the portal of the Legal Statistics and Special Records Committee of the General Prosecutor’s Office.
Mellstroy (real name — Andrey Burim) is a Belarusian streamer, blogger, and influencer. He became known in the Russian-speaking internet as a “trash streamer” — a genre where content is often shocking, provocative, and bordering on misconduct. Since 2017, Andrey began his career with gaming streams on Twitch and YouTube, but quickly shifted to “live shows” featuring alcohol, parties, and direct audience interaction (donation challenges, pranks). His audience is primarily young people from the CIS, with millions of followers on platforms like Instagram, Twitch, and YouTube.
According to the notice regarding Andrey Aleksandrovich Burim, the search case for him was registered yesterday, November 15, in the Astana region. The initiator of the search is the Agency for Financial Monitoring (AFM).
The search is being conducted by the Department of Economic Investigations for the city of Astana.
The AFM promised to disclose the reason why the blogger was declared wanted later.

In early November, the blogger’s channels were declared extremist in his home country, Belarus. This happened after a “contest” organized by Mellstroy, which led to a series of hooligan incidents and illegal mass events in several cities of the country.
Scandal around Mellstroy in Kazakhstan
At the end of October, a man was arrested in Astana for 15 days after appearing in a shopping mall wearing only underwear and holding a sign, shouting the blogger’s name and asking him to gift an apartment.
After this incident, the Ministry of Internal Affairs addressed Kazakhstanis. The agency urged citizens, especially young people, not to fall for dubious internet trends, reminding that “any unlawful, provocative, or immoral actions in public places — whether for the sake of a prank, contest, giveaway, likes, or followers — are unacceptable and will result in legal consequences.”
