Tengrinews.kz made a rating of politicians who received the most amount of questions in their blogs at the official blog platform Blogs.e.gov.kz in November 2011. The percentage of answers to questions was also calculated. Interior Minister Kalmukhanbet Kassymov received 400 questions from Kazakhstan residents and replied to 113 (28.3 percent) of them. Prime-Minister Karim Massimov's page has a bit less questions: he replied to 322 (85 percent) out of 379 questions. Kazakhstan Healthcare Minister Salidat Kairbekova received 358 questions from Kazakhstan residents and replied to 191 (53.4 percent) of them. Rashid Tusupbekov, Minister of Justice, replied to 186 out of 263 questions (70.7 percent). 235 questions were addressed to chairman of tax department of Kazakhstan Ministry of Finance Daulet Yergozhin, he replied to 46 pof them (19.6 percent). Yergozhin was on a 10-days vacation and business trips in November. In October 2011 he received 238 questions and replied to 180 of them (75.6 percent). 2,436 questions were sent to Yergozhin in the period from January 1 to November 29. He replied to 2,020 of them. The average montly number of questions in his blog is 220. The next popular blog is the one of Kazakhstan Minister of Labor and Social Protection Gulshara Abdykalikova: she was asked 162 question and replied to 38 of them (23.5 percent). Chairman of the Agency for Construction,Housing and Utilities Serik Nokin published 42 replie to 137 questionss: 30.7 percent. His blog is followed by the blog of chairman of the Agency on Countering Economic and Corruption Crimes Kairat Kozhamzharov, who replied to 90 of 113 questions he received (79.6 percent). Askar Zhumagaliyev, Kazakhstan Minister of Communications and Information, received 110 questions and replied to 69 (62.7 percent) of them. Minister of Education and Science Bakytzhan Zhumagulov replied to 28 of 97 questions (28.9 percent). Minister of Emergency Situations Vladimir Bozhko replied to 88.4 percent of received questions (84 out of 95).
