Users have taken to social media to express frustration over the lack of mobile service and internet access. The companies have acknowledged the problems and apologized to their customers.

"We are currently experiencing limited access to the internet. Our service will be restored. We apologize for the inconvenience," the company stated.

Many users are also frustrated by the perceived lack of response to their complaints. The mobile operators have promised to restore connectivity as soon as possible.
