Kazakhstan Prime-Minister Karim Massimov announced the winner of the Internet-voting that was held to determin the platform to host his online conferenc, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Massimov's Twitter.“Voting is over. Zakon.kz came first in the legitimate poll. My congratulations!
