Rating of the most popular blogs of Kazakhstan politicians

Tengrinews.kz made a rating of politicians who received the most amount of questions in their blogs at the official blog platform Blogs.e.gov.kz in November 2011. The percentage of answers to questions was also calculated.

Interior Minister Kalmukhanbet Kassymov received 400 questions from Kazakhstan residents and replied to 113 (28.3 percent) of them.

Prime-Minister Karim Massimov's page has a bit less questions: he replied to 322 (85 percent) out of 379 questions.

Kazakhstan Healthcare Minister Salidat Kairbekova received 358 questions from Kazakhstan residents and replied to 191 (53.4 percent) of them.

Rashid Tusupbekov, Minister of Justice, replied to 186 out of 263 questions (70.7 percent).

235 questions were addressed to chairman of tax department of Kazakhstan Ministry of Finance Daulet Yergozhin, he replied to 46 pof them (19.6 percent). Yergozhin was on a 10-days vacation and business trips in November. In October 2011 he received 238 questions and replied to 180 of them (75.6 percent). 2,436 questions were sent to Yergozhin in the period from January 1 to November 29. He replied to 2,020 of them. The average montly number of questions in his blog is 220.

The next popular blog is the one of Kazakhstan Minister of Labor and Social Protection Gulshara Abdykalikova: she was asked 162 question and replied to 38 of them (23.5 percent).

Chairman of the Agency for Construction,Housing and Utilities Serik Nokin published 42 replie to 137 questionss: 30.7 percent.

His blog is followed by the blog of chairman of the Agency on Countering Economic and Corruption Crimes Kairat Kozhamzharov, who replied to 90 of 113 questions he received (79.6 percent).

Askar Zhumagaliyev, Kazakhstan Minister of Communications and Information, received 110 questions and replied to 69 (62.7 percent) of them.

Minister of Education and Science Bakytzhan Zhumagulov replied to 28 of 97 questions (28.9 percent).

Minister of Emergency Situations Vladimir Bozhko replied to 88.4 percent of received questions (84 out of 95). His colleague Adilbek Dzhaksybekov, Kazakhstan Defense Minister, published replies to 27 out of 77 questions (35 percent).

Assylzhan Mamytbekov, Agriculture Minister, replied to 2 of 58 questions (3.5 percent).

Minister of Transport and Communications received 55 questions and replied to 24 of them (43.6 percent).

Minister of Culture Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed answered 27 out of 46 questions (58.7 percent).

Minister of Finance Bolat Zhamishev published 11 replies and received 39 questions (28.2 percent).

Chairman of the Agency on Regulation of Natural Monopolies Nurlan Aldabergenov replied to 4 of 37 questions received in November (10.8 percent).

Minister of Economic Development and Trade Kairat Kelimbetov received 36 questions and replied to 2 of them (5.6 percent).

33 questions and 26 replies (78.8 percent) were published in the blog of deputy Prime-Minister and Minister of Industry and New technologies Asset Issekeshev.

Chairman of Kazakhstan Agency on Public Service Alikhan Baimenov replied to 8 of 27 questions (29.6 percent).

Minister of Environmental Protection Nurgali Ashim replied to 16 questions. He was asked 22 questions (72.7 percent) in November.

Minister of Tourism and Sport Talgat Yermegiyayev and chairman of the Agency on Competition Protection Mazhit Yessenbayev received 20 questions each. Yermegiyayev replied to 14 questions (70 percent) and Yessenbayev answere 10 of them (50 percent).

Sauat Mynbayev, Minister of Oil and Gas, received 15 questions and published 7 replies (46.7 percent).

Acting chairman of Kazakhstan Agency on Management of Land Resources Karim Raiymbekov replied to 4 of 13 questions (30.8 percent).

Chairman of Agency on Religion Kairat Lama Sharif received 11 questions and did not reply to any of them.

Omarkhan Oksikbayev, chairman of the Accounting Commission on Control over Execution of the State Budget, received 4 questions and replied to 3 of them (75 percent).

Head of Kazakhstan Statistics Agency replied to all 9 questions received.

Chairman of the National Space Agency Talgat Mussabayev did not answer 3 questions he received in November.

Zhanar Aitzhanova, Minister of Economic Integration, did not reply to 2 published questions she was asked.
