Any precise information on location and raw materials supplies will only be available in 2015”, Mr. Salimgiriyev told a briefing. He reminded that currently the three oil refineries based in Atyrau, Pavlodar and Shimkent are being overhauled. Given the overhaul, a new oil refinery may be needed only after 2025, he said.
