Tengrinews.kz - Kazakhstan has checked the Afghan-made pomegranate carbonated drink "Golden Life", which is banned in Kyrgyzstan.

As reported in the Committee of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan, they tested soft pomegranate drinks Royal, Paradise, Mani, Pure and Golden Life.

The Committee reported that the labelling of the drinks did not comply with the requirements of the Customs Union technical regulations. The composition, nutritional value and expiry date are not indicated on the cans. It is also not written that they contain the colouring agent azorubin E122, which can have a negative effect on children.
