A detailed plan of the People's IPO will be prepared in Kazakhstan be June 1, 2011, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Kazakhstan Prime-Minister's Twitter and blog. “Selected consultants for the People’s IPO. Samruk Kazyna will submit a detailed plan by June 01,” posted Karim Massimov. As he explained in his blog, the consultants were selected under “quality features and commercial offers.” They are divided into five categories: International investment banks – Citi, UBS; Local investment bank – Visor Capital with KKB Securities; International Big-4 company - PricewaterhouseCoopers; Law company - Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton with GRATA; PR-company – Merlin.
