A detailed plan of the People's IPO will be prepared in Kazakhstan be June 1, 2011, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Kazakhstan Prime-Minister's Twitter and blog.“Selected consultants for the People’s IPO. Samruk Kazyna will submit a detailed plan by June 01,” posted Karim Massimov.As he explained in his blog, the consultants were selected under “quality features and commercial offers.” They are divided into five categories:International investment banks – Citi, UBS;Local investment bank – Visor Capital with KKB Securities;International Big-4 company - PricewaterhouseCoopers;Law company - Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton with GRATA;PR-company – Merlin.
