Cyclone in Kazakhstan: what weather is expected on Republic Day

Tengrinews.kz - Forecasters have provided a weather outlook for Kazakhstan on October 24, 25, and 26.

According to the forecast, unstable weather will persist in most of Kazakhstan over the next three days due to the influence of a cyclone, with precipitation (rain and snow) expected. On October 24, heavy rains are anticipated in the southeastern part of the country, and heavy precipitation (rain, snow) in mountainous areas.

"Increasing wind, fog and icy conditions are expected throughout the country. No significant changes are expected in temperature," the statement says.

Earlier, Kazhydromet warned residents of Almaty and two other cities.
