An office building next to Almaty's Stolichnyi supermarket has caught fire, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Almaty Emergency Situations Department. 45 people have been evacuated. A message about the fire in the two-storey building at the crossing of Abylai khan and Kabanbai batyr streets was received by the emergency services at 01:40 p.m. According to the authority, firefighters are working at the accident site.
