Three Almaty residents were among passengers of crashed Scat's plane

There were 3 Almaty residents, 11 residents of Akmola oblast (10 Kokshetau and 1 Schuchinsk resident) and 2 residents of Petropavlovsk and Bishkek onboard the CRJ-200 airplane that crashed near Almaty, Peoplenews.kz writes. Here is the updated list of the crash victims: Vladimir Feist (born in 1956) – Almaty Arsen Shutikov (born in 1974) – Almaty Askar Khussainov (born in 1989) – Almaty Aleksander Rubas (born in 1960) – Kokshetau Dyussekhan Dyusbayev (born in 1949) – Kokshetau Nikolay Lotkov (born in 1949) – Kokshetau Abilzhan Omarov (born in 1968) – Kokshetau Marat Orazbayev (born in 1968) – Kokshetau Galymzhan Dyussenov (born in 1974) – Kokshetau Indira Rakhimbek (born in 1974) – Kokshetau Bakhytzhan Bekzhan (son, born in 2011) – Kokshetau Ivan Zhavoronkov (born in 1968) – Kokshetau Askar Yeskendirov (born in 1975) – Kokshetau Aleksander Serikov (born in 1980) – Schuchinsk Kaissar Malgazhdarov (born in 1969) – Petropavlovsk Akram Nizamov (born in 1977) – Bishkek Earlier Azerbaijan consul Shakhin Akhmedov declared that Akram Nizamov was a citizen of Uzbekistan. Akmola oblast administration has confirmed that 9 residents of Akmola oblast fell victims of the plane crash. On January 29 a Bombardier airplane owned by Scat airline crashed during landing 7km from Almaty airport. According to the prosecutors, the plane was performing a Kokshetau-Almaty flight. The accident claimed lives of 5 crew members and 16 passengers.
