Fire destroyed 350 tons of hay in East Kazakhstan

Kokterek farm in East-Kazakhstan oblast caught fire, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Kazakhstan Ministry of Emergency Situations.According to the Ministry, fire destroyed 350 tons of hay. No casualties were reported. The fire happened at 12:40 a.m. Astana time and firemen managed to localize it by 4:30 p.m. It took some more time after that to extinguish it completely. The operation involved fire-fighting services of the Emergency Situations Department and the farm.Hay storage in Sarterek village of East-Kazakhstan oblast caught fire on August 31. 200 tons of hay was burnt. No casualties were reported.
