An exercise for emergency teams has been held in Khan Shatyr mall in Astana today, Tengrinews reports citing a statement the press-service of the Emergencies Department of Astana made in response to the citizen's concerns. Khan Shatyr visitors and employees were evacuated from the mall in the morning. This incident caused a lot of discussion in social networks. People were concerned, because the evacuation was accompanies by appearance of a fleet of ambulances and fire engines at the shopping malls doorstep. So the Emergency Situation Department hurried to dispel the rumours and calm the people. “A routine emergency exercise was held in Khan Shatyr mall.
