A Eurasian Bank cash-in-transit van has overturned in Almaty, Tengrinews reports citing STV channel.

The accident happened on Suyunbai Avenue, not far from the crossing with Ryskulov Avenue at around noon on April 28. The van was moving to the southward on Suyunbai Avenue where it collided with a Toyota Windom that driving in an opposite direction.

Five people were injured in the accident. Three of them were in Toyota and two in the van that flipped over. 

According to the preliminary conclusion of the police, the Toyota Windom driver is the one who caused the traffic accident. He crossed into the oncoming lane, Eurasian Bank said.

At the time of the accident there was no money in the cash-in-transit vehicles. So the version of a robbery attempt is not being considered by the police.
