A blast shook Kazakhstan'a western oil city of Atyrau on September 5 and claimed one life, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the press-service of the oblast Interior Department. The message on the explosion on Moldagulova street was received at 01:16 p.m. According to the latest information, a local citizen born in 1991 died in the blast. Police cordoned the accident site. The investigation is in process.
