Kazakhstan students will be offered an opportunity to study in a Latvian aviation university, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev as saying after the talks with Latvian President Andris Berzins. “Kazakhstan young people will study in Riga Aviation University,” Nazarbayev said. He noted that this agreement was reached by the education ministries of the two countries. According to him, another agreement was achieved for Kazakhstan people to study tourism and engineering in Latvian universities. There are currently around 20 students studying in Riga Aeronautical Institute. Two Kazakhstan students entered Latvian University and three got enrolled in the Institute of Transport and Communications in 2012.
