At-risk teenagers educated of prison life in Aktau

According to the police, such education methods are more effective than preventive talks. Police officers hope that the teenagers will remember the steel doors and prison bunk beds for a long time. They might not stop fighting and vandalizing, but they will know where they can end up. 25 under-aged criminals were apprehended in Aktau since the beginning of the year. They committed 9 crimes, including theft, robbery, vandalism and infliction of grave bodily injuries.
