3.6-magnitude earthquake hit Almaty oblast, the website of Kazakhstan National Data Center of the Institute of Geophysical Research of Kazakhstan National Nuclear Center writes.The shocks were registered at 6:35 p.m. local time. Epicenter was located 8 km South of Tekeli village. Earlier Tengrinews.kz English reported that 3.7-magnitude earthquake hit Almaty at night of July 22. The shocks were felt at 12:11 a.m. The epicenter was 16 km north-west of Almaty, at the depth of 8 km. The magnitude felt in Almaty was 2 Richter scale.
