Two Kazakhstan citizens were arrested in the U.S. on suspicion of credit card fraud, Newsherald.com writes. Police of Panama City Beach initiated the investigation on December 29, 2011 after a woman applied to the police when she discovered that her credit card was used by some criminals. The investigation showed that the credit card was used to buy several goods. They were delivered to the apartment of Kazakhstan citizens Kamal Zhetpispayev and Grigoriy Zossim, both 22. The investigation unveiled the boxes and the goods purchased: computers, cell phones, earphones and one snowboard. Investigators believe that the criminals kept part of the goods for themselves and sent the rest to other addresses, possibly abroad. After an interview Zhetpispayev and Zossim were arrested on fraud charges.
