Tolmachev's lawyers requesting transfer to Kazakhstan hospital

Lawyers of Valeriy Tolmachev will be requesting his transfer to a Kazakhstan hospital, Tengrinews.kz reports citing official representative of Kazakhstan Foreign Ministry.“The judge, having considered all the options of the parties and the statement of the doctors saying that the accused was mentally disturbed when committing the crime, finality final decision to drop charges on three articles of Italian Criminal Code. The judge ruled to send Tolmachev for treatment to a public hospital in Rome. The prosecution agreed with the ruling and will not appeal it. The attorneys will file a petition on transferring Tolmachev to Kazakhstan hospital,” Altai Abibullayev said.Altai Abibullayev noted that the former employee of Kazakhstan Foreign Ministry was officially dismissed from his position.Earlier Olzhas Suleimenov told Tengrinews.kz that Valeriy Tolmachev was cleared of criminal charges.
