According to the preliminary information, the shooter was using a rifle. A source close to the investigation says that two shells of a 12-bore smoothbore rifle have been found near the building. A nearby video surveillance camera recorded a silhouette of a man supposedly wearing a camouflage-colored clothes. The shots insignificantly damaged the wall and the metal door of the building. No human casualties are reported. A man who allegedly shot at the building of the National Security Commission was apprehended by the police shortly after the incident. The 31-y.o. suspect is being interrogated in the Interior Department. He is previously unconvicted. He has confessed of making two shots from a hunting rifle. That was an act of vandalism committed in a state of alcoholic intoxication, he says. A criminal case has been initiated and the investigation is underway.
