A nearby video surveillance camera recorded a silhouette of a man supposedly wearing a camouflage-colored clothes. The shots insignificantly damaged the wall and the metal door of the building. No human casualties are reported. A man who allegedly shot at the building of the National Security Commission was apprehended by the police shortly after the incident. The 31-y.o. suspect is being interrogated in the Interior Department. He is previously unconvicted. He has confessed of making two shots from a hunting rifle. That was an act of vandalism committed in a state of alcoholic intoxication, he says. A criminal case has been initiated and the investigation is underway. The terrorist attack claimed lives of two National Security Commission’s officer, three police officers and two civilians. The terrorist died in a self-explosion. A criminal case was initiated against him for terrorism and murder.
