Interior Ministry of Chechnya cleared the situation by replying to the request of Kazakhstan diplomats. “As per the request of Kazakhstan consular service in Russia, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chechnya replied on the citizenship status of apprehended Ruslan Muskayev, born 10.07.1974. According to the official information of the Interior Minister of Chechnya, Muskayev is a citizen of Russia and does not have Kazakhstan citizenship,” official representative of Kazakhstan Foreign Ministry said.
