The suspect, a citizen of a neighboring country, is wanted in his homeland for extensive fraudulent activities. Authorities discovered that he had illegally entered Kazakhstan using a forged document from a Central Asian country. He intended to use this document to cross the border and escape to Turkey.

The detainee is currently in custody, and the process of his extradition is underway.
