Tengrinews.kz - Ayitbek Amangeldy, the brother of the deceased Saltanat Nukenova, has asked the court to demand Kuan-dyk Bishimbaev pay 1.5 billion tenge for moral damages and 8.8 million tenge for property damage.

Tengrinews.kz - Ayitbek Amangeldy, the brother of the deceased Saltanat Nukenova, has asked the court to demand Kuan-dyk Bishimbaev pay 1.5 billion tenge for moral damages and 8.8 million tenge for property damage.

According to the court's decision, Bishimbayev's representative requested that the damage amount be set at 1.5 million tenge, with moral compensation ranging from 5 to 20 million tenge.

The plaintiff and his representatives fully supported their claims and requested that the lawsuit be granted. Saltanat Nukenova's parents did not file independent claims for moral damages but supported the plaintiff's request in writing and also sought full satisfaction of the claim.

Earlier, we reported that the court ordered Kuandyk Bishimbayev to compensate for material damage and moral harm. The former Minister of National Economy, sentenced to 24 years in prison, is required to pay the incurred expenses from the criminal case amounting to 6,877,672 tenge and moral compensation of 10 million tenge.

Today, it became known that Bishimbaev's ex-wife has approached the General Prosecutor's Office and the Supreme Court.
